Without doubt a desirable goal, but this remains a utopia in many parts of the world, reflecting the profound injustices that exist.
In other official documents, on affirm that health depends even, if not entirely, on determinants believed to be irrelevant or less influential on health: culture, socioeconomic condition that influences attitudes and lifestyle, and the environment.
